Overview

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of projectamanic.store and any purchases made through it. References to "AMANIC", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Pekicomp Ltd Oy. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the site or our services.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Store Policies (which cover shipping, returns and exchanges).

Section 1 — Eligibility and account

By using this site you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please notify us immediately at info@projectamanic.store if you suspect any unauthorised use.

Section 2 — Products and product descriptions

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colours, materials and sizing. However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen settings and calibration. Minor variations in shade or texture do not constitute a product defect. If you have questions about a specific product before purchasing, contact us and we will do our best to help.

Section 3 — Orders and our right to decline

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until you receive a written order confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where:

a product is unavailable or out of stock
a pricing or typographical error has occurred on the site
an order appears potentially fraudulent or in violation of these Terms

If we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method promptly.

Section 4 — Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed at checkout and are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged is the one shown at the time your order is confirmed. Discount codes must be applied before checkout is completed and cannot be added to an already-placed order. Unless explicitly stated, discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information for all purchases.

Section 5 — Pre-orders

Some products are available as pre-orders ahead of their official drop date. Estimated delivery windows for pre-orders are stated on the relevant product page and are indicative only — actual dispatch may vary due to production timelines, freight schedules or circumstances beyond our control.

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been dispatched, free of charge, by contacting info@projectamanic.store. Once a pre-order has been shipped, it follows our standard return policy.

Section 6 — Shipping and delivery

Full details are set out in our Store Policies. In summary:

Shipping costs 4,90 € per order; orders of 99 € or more ship free of charge.
In-stock items are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
A tracking link is provided by email once your order has shipped.

The risk of loss or damage passes to you once the package has been delivered to your address or collected from the designated pickup point. If you do not collect your package within the carrier's holding period and it is returned to us, we will refund the product price but may deduct the actual return shipping and handling costs incurred.

Section 7 — Customer cancellations before dispatch

If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, contact us as soon as possible at info@projectamanic.store. We will cancel the order and issue a full refund at no charge. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled mid-transit and must instead be handled as a return under our Store Policies.

Section 8 — Returns, exchanges and complaints

Our return and exchange policy is set out in full in our Store Policies. Key points:

You have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right from receipt of goods, extended to 30 days as a goodwill gesture by AMANIC.
Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact info@projectamanic.store as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and photos. We will resolve the issue in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki 38/1978).

Section 9 — Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the AMANIC name, logos, graphics, photography, product designs and written content — is owned by or licensed to Pekicomp Ltd Oy and is protected by Finnish and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Section 10 — Privacy

How we collect and use your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. By using this site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood how your data is processed.

Section 11 — Errors and corrections

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing mistakes or inaccurate product information at any time. If an error has affected your order, we will contact you to discuss options, which may include cancellation with a full refund.

Section 12 — Prohibited use

You agree not to use this site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our intellectual property rights, to submit false or misleading information, or to introduce malicious code or software. We reserve the right to terminate access to the site for any user who violates these Terms.

Section 13 — Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Finnish law and mandatory EU consumer protection legislation, AMANIC and Pekicomp Ltd Oy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased through it. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory consumer law, including liability for defective products and statutory warranty rights.

Section 14 — Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be applied to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Section 15 — Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to the site. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
