1. Delivery information
Shipping costs 4,90 € per order. Orders with a cart total of 99 € or more ship free of charge. The applicable shipping fee is shown at checkout before the order is confirmed.
Delivery times
- In-stock items (Finland): typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Stock status is shown on each product page.
- Pre-order items: estimated delivery is shown on the product page for that drop and is typically 7–21 days from order. This is an estimate and may shift depending on production timelines and freight schedules. Any material delays will be communicated by email.
Delivery methods
- Finland, Estonia and Sweden: shipped via Matkahuolto to your nearest pickup point. You will receive a text or email notification when the package is ready for collection.
- Rest of Europe: shipped via Posti. Tracking is available on the carrier's site.
- Outside the EU: shipped via the most appropriate available carrier.
A tracking link is always sent by email once the order has been dispatched.
2. Right to return — terms and conditions
You have a 30-day consideration period from the day you receive your order (an extension of the 14-day statutory withdrawal right granted under EU consumer law).
For an item to be eligible for return:
- it must be completely unused and unwashed
- it must be in original, resalable condition
- all original tags and identifiers must remain attached
- the original packaging (including protective plastic and packaging components) must be returned with the item
Please use the original outer shipping bag — or a similarly durable mailer — as the outer packaging. Do not attach return shipping labels directly to the garment's inner packaging (such as the clear product bag), and do not use the inner packaging as the outer shipping bag.
3. How to return or exchange
We recommend contacting us before sending anything back, as it speeds up the process and helps us track your return:
- Email info@projectamanic.store with your order number and a short note saying whether you want a return or a size exchange.
- We confirm eligibility and send you the return address.
- You ship the package back, including a note inside that clearly states the order number and whether it is a return or exchange.

Including a printed order confirmation or a written note inside the package significantly speeds up processing.
Costs
- The customer covers the return shipping cost. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not arrive.
- For size exchanges, you cover the cost of sending the item back to us; we cover the cost of shipping the replacement back to you.
- If you are exercising your statutory withdrawal right and cancelling the entire order, the original delivery cost (where applicable) will be refunded for the cheapest standard delivery option offered.
4. Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at info@projectamanic.store so we can put it right. Please include:
- your order number
- a short description of the issue
- clear photos of the product and the packaging
If the item is confirmed faulty or sent in error, we will cover the return shipping costs and either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional charge — whichever you prefer.
Your statutory rights under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki 38/1978) apply in full and are not limited by anything in this policy.
5. Uncollected packages
Collecting your package on time is the customer's responsibility. If a package is not collected within the carrier's holding period and is returned to us, the order will be refunded minus any actual return shipping and handling costs we incur. We will let you know the deduction by email before processing the refund.
To avoid this, please make sure the address and phone number provided at checkout are correct so the carrier can reach you.
6. Pre-order cancellations
You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been dispatched by contacting info@projectamanic.store. There are no fees for cancelling. Once the pre-order has shipped, the standard return policy in this document applies.
7. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item — typically faster in practice (2–5 business days). Bank or card processing times may add a few additional days before the refund appears in your account.
