projectamanic.store is operated by Pekicomp Ltd Oy. We ship AMANIC garments to customers in Finland and internationally. All prices shown on the site are in euros. Prices include Finnish VAT (25.5%) where applicable. The seller is not VAT-registered.] Shipping fees, if any, are added at checkout before the order is confirmed. We reserve the right to update pricing, product availability and shipping rates without prior notice; the price valid at the moment of order confirmation is the one that applies to your purchase.

Placing an order

Orders are placed through the online store by adding products to the cart and completing checkout. The order is binding once payment has gone through and you receive an order confirmation by email. If a confirmation does not reach your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam folder before contacting us — and make sure the email address entered at checkout was correct, since the confirmation can only be delivered to a valid address.

Payment

Checkout is handled by our payment provider (Shopify Payments) over an encrypted connection. We accept:

  • Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • Klarna
  • PayPal

Card details are processed directly by the payment provider. AMANIC does not store full card numbers on its own systems.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping costs 4,90 € per order. Orders with a cart total of 99 € or more ship free of charge. The shipping fee (or free shipping) is shown at checkout before the order is confirmed. Each product page indicates whether the item is in stock or part of a pre-order drop. In-stock items are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Pre-order items ship by the date communicated on the product page for that drop; the date is an estimate, and any delays will be communicated by email.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Finland: 1–3 business days
  • Rest of EU: 4–10 business days
  • Outside the EU: 7–21 business days

For deliveries outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import VAT or handling fees imposed by the destination country.

We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside our reasonable control (force majeure), nor for indirect damages resulting from such delays.

Right to cancel (14-day withdrawal right)

If you are a consumer based in the EU, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. AMANIC extends this period to 30 days as a goodwill policy.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a clear cancellation message to info@projectamanic.store stating your order number and the items you wish to return. You can use the standard cancellation form below or any other clear statement.

After notifying us, you have 14 days to send the items back. Returned items must be:

  • unused and unwashed
  • in their original condition, with all tags attached
  • in resalable condition

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us. The return address is sent by email once your return is registered.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (typically within 2–3 business days in practice). We may withhold the refund until the goods have been received and inspected.

Size exchanges

If you need a different size, contact us at info@projectamanic.store before sending anything back. If the size you need is available, we will arrange a direct exchange — you send the original item back and we ship the replacement once we receive it. If the requested size is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, or a product turns out to be defective, contact info@projectamanic.store as soon as reasonably possible — ideally within a few days of receiving the package, but in any case within the statutory complaint period under Finnish consumer law. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description.

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki 38/1978).

Privacy

Information you provide at checkout (name, address, email, phone, order details) is used only for processing your order, delivering it, handling possible returns, and complying with our legal obligations (e.g. accounting). We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. For full details on how we process personal data, see our Privacy Policy.

Dispute resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved between us, a consumer based in Finland can refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board:

Governing law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the customer's country of residence within the EU also apply.
