Shipping costs 4,90 € per order across Europe. Orders with a cart total of 99 € or more ship free of charge. In-stock items are typically processed within 1–3 business days, and every package is checked and packed before it leaves us.

1. Delivery times and carriers

Delivery times after dispatch

  • Finland (in-stock items): typically 1–3 business days from dispatch.
  • Rest of EU: typically 4–10 business days from dispatch.
  • Outside the EU: typically 7–21 business days from dispatch.
  • Pre-order items: dispatch dates are estimates communicated on the product page (typically 7–21 days from order date) and may shift due to production, freight or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you by email if there are material delays.

Carriers

  • Finland, Estonia and Sweden: Matkahuolto, delivered to your nearest pickup point. You will receive a text message notification when your package is ready for collection. Tracking is available through the Matkahuolto app or website.
  • Rest of Europe: Posti. Tracking is available on the Posti website.
  • Outside the EU: the most appropriate available carrier. Recipients are responsible for any customs duties, import VAT or handling fees imposed by the destination country.

A tracking link is sent by email as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please note that tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update after the order has been processed.

2. Order cancellations and combining orders

Cancellations: You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it has been dispatched. Contact info@projectamanic.store as soon as possible. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be handled as a return under our Return Policy.

Combining orders: Orders placed separately cannot be combined into a single shipment after the fact. If you want multiple items shipped together, please add them all to one order before checkout.

3. Returns and exchanges (summary)

You have a 30-day consideration period from the day you receive your order. Items must be unused, unwashed and in original resalable condition with tags attached. Always contact info@projectamanic.store before sending anything back.

Customers paying with Klarna: If you are returning items for a refund, you should let Klarna know that the items are being returned, so that your invoice can be adjusted while we process the return. If you are doing a size exchange (no refund involved), no separate Klarna notification is needed — the original invoice continues to apply to the replacement item. If you are unsure which applies, contact us and we will advise.

We are not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged due to inadequate packaging or lack of proof of postage. We recommend a tracked service.

4. Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at info@projectamanic.store so we can resolve it. The sooner you report it, the easier it is to confirm the issue arose at our end.

When reporting an issue, please include:

  • your order number and a short description
  • clear photos of the defect or damage from multiple angles
  • photos of the product packaging and tags

If the issue is confirmed, we will cover the return shipping cost and either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional charge — whichever you prefer.

A claim is not accepted as a defect when:

  • the damage is caused by normal wear, use or mechanical stress
  • the item has been washed or treated against the care instructions
  • the item has been modified or repaired by a third party
  • the issue is a normal material characteristic or minor cosmetic variation that does not affect functionality
  • the item fits differently than expected but matches the measurements stated on the product page (sizing concerns are handled as a standard return or exchange)

These limitations apply only to defect claims. They do not limit your standard right of return for unused items, and they do not affect any mandatory rights you have under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki 38/1978).

5. Uncollected packages

Collecting your package on time is the customer's responsibility. If a package is not collected within the carrier's holding period and is returned to us, we will refund the order minus any actual return shipping and handling costs incurred. We will notify you of any deduction by email before processing the refund.

To avoid uncollected packages, please double-check the address and phone number entered at checkout so that the carrier can reach you.
